I just had my House and Garage repaired by ERS due to hail damage from the April storm.  My house and garage have new wrap and siding along with a fresh garage roof. I wanted to give a shout out to for the great work that the ERS crew performed.  Kyle made the process simple and kept the job moving and on schedule.  The crew ended up working on a couple of the hottest days of the summer.  It did not slow them down a beat, those guys are machines. Eric was easy to work with. Even dealing with the insurance company. He and his team made sure everything was included on our damage report and followed through with all necessary paperwork. Making it easy for me. I have a beautiful new roof gutters and skylights. Highly recommend to our friends and family. ERS Builders replaced our siding and roof after a major hail storm and we've very happy with their work! They got to us fast and were very efficient. Rich was great at communicating and that's super important to us, and we liked that he would inspect all completed work to be sure it was done well before signing off on it. They had to do extra work when they found a hole in our roof under the old shingles (!!!) and were very fair in pricing. They helped with the insurance claim as well and our insurance company, West Bend Mutual (highly recommend), were so impressed with ERS they're adding them to their list of approved contractors. We were extremely pleased with ERS BUILDERS Inc. They are very conscientious!  They did  excellent Work on our home, were always available and easy to get a hold of, and appreciated how they were continuously checking back daily, sometimes hourly, to make sure the work  was done properly and efficiently. We especially appreciated the complete CLEAN-UP around our Belvidere home when they were done with the job. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to ERS Builders, especially Rich. They took a tragic weather situation that happened to our house and made it a wonderful experience. The transformation they did to our house is just glorious. I could never have envisioned how beautiful it would have turned out. They replaced the roof, siding, and trim after a storm ripped through and destroyed the old stuff that was on there. It’s like I am living in a brand new dream house! They even surprised me with a wonderful gift of a beautiful flower box to showcase our new wonderful home. Remodel a Basement My husband and I hired ERS builders to finish our basement. We absolutely love the finished product. Eric was extremely easy to work with and was able to offer advice as needed. This was the first large project we completed on our home, so I appreciated all of Eric s knowledge and expertise. The project moved along so quickly, all the contractors were perfectly coordinated and scheduled. Remodel a Basement The crew was polite, kept busy, and cleaned up fairly well after the work was done. They installed 14 cabinets (6 base, 8 wall) and 2 countertops in about 5-6 hours. Remodel a Basement Eric's quote was right on. He was the only contractor that mentioned building permits and code requirements. Unlike others who wanted to be paid in "cash" he was up front on everything. His people were friendly and professional, on time and cleaned up after the job was done. All of the subs he used were professional, friendly and on time. When a problem came up such as a leak in the foundation, he fixed it. If we wanted to modify something he gladly complied with our wishes. We intend to expand our basement remodel in the near future and ERS Builders is definitely doing the job!
