Eric’s quote was right on. He was the only contractor that mentioned building permits and code requirements. Unlike others who wanted to be paid in “cash” he was up front on everything. His people were friendly and professional, on time and cleaned up after the job was done. All of the subs he used were professional, friendly and on time. When a problem came up such as a leak in the foundation, he fixed it. If we wanted to modify something he gladly complied with our wishes. The crew was polite, kept busy, and cleaned up fairly well after the work was done. They installed 14 cabinets (6 base, 8 wall) and 2 countertops in about 5-6 hours. They made the tops fit beautifully, and the cabinets are all level and tight. The toe trim is cut perfectly and the joints and corners are all square.
